ORDERED that the order to show cause of this Court dated January 2, 2014, in the above-entitled case, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 23, 2013, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 20, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "January 21, 2014."
