2013-11013, 2014-00109 Camillo Amato, appellant, v Maria Amato, respondent. (Index No. 46978/07)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Camillo Amato, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 3, 2013, and October 7, 2013, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Separate motion by Maria Amato for the assignment of counsel or to direct the appellant to pay for an attorney to represent her on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of Camillo Amato's motion which is for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the orders are appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of Maria Amato's motion which is to direct the appellant to pay for an attorney to represent her on the appeal is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Kings County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
SKELOS, J.P., DICKERSON, CHAMBERS and MILLER, JJ., concur.
