DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 4, 2013, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Separate motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellants' motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' motion is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 18, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
