DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 10, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
