ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 17, 2013, January 24, 2013, February 4, 2013 (two orders), February 14, 2013, and August 5, 2013, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered March 14, 2013, is amended by deleting from the caption and the first decretal paragraph thereof the Appellate Division Docket No. "2013-09795" and substituting therefor the Appellate Division Docket No. "2013-09705."
