| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to calendar together an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated May 6, 2013, with appeals from two orders of the same court dated April 18, 2012, and July 16, 2012, respectively. The appeals from the orders dated April 18, 2012, and July 16, 2012, were directed to be calendared together by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 14, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day.
