| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 9, 2013, inter alia, for leave to file a late notice of an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered June 13, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the order is deemed also to be a notice of appeal from the judgment (see CPLR 5501[c]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 18, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
