| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to reinstate appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 5, 2009, January 21, 2010, and June 21, 2012, respectively, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 13, 2013, for poor person relief, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant is precluded from making further motions concerning these appeals without prior leave of the Court.
