Motion by Frank DiMartino, Metro Foundation Contractors, Inc., Metro Construction Equities, Inc., Metropolis Superstructures, Inc., and First Floor Parking Bay for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated June 27, 2013, which, inter alia, affirmed, insofar as reviewed, a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 28, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
