Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered December 11, 2012, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant seeking leave to file a pro se supplemental brief after assigned counsel files a brief.
