Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 31, 1995, and December 18, 1995, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 3, 2003, for the assignment of counsel to prepare an application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the decision and order of this Court dated November 3, 2003.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
