An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 2, 2013, and appellant Tracy Cole having moved for an extension of time to perfect,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Lyle T. Hajdu, Esq., dated December 27, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant Tracy Cole shall file ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before January 29, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect his appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
