Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 3, 2013, for leave to reargue their prior motion to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 30, 2013.
