| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 24, 2013, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 22, 2013, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated June 19, 2013, and a judgment of the same court entered August 8, 2013, on condition that the appeal from the order dated October 24, 2013, be perfected on or before December 23, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 22, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "December 23, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "December 24, 2013."
