DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated February 1, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the child, Catherine A. Sheridan, Esq., 487 Westbury Avenue, Carle Place, N.Y. 11514, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:
