Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person, assignment of counsel, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on November 19, 2012, and having moved for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Terlesa Cowart sworn to December 19, 2013, and the statement of Terlesa Coward dated December 19, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Jesslyn A. Holbrook, Esq., dated December 26, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 24, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 23, 2013, and inserting in its place the date February 22, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
