Application by the respondent Church of God of St. Albans on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 26, 2012, and January 23, 2013, respectively, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the order entered January 23, 2013.
