| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Anthony Modica to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 26, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until February 24, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
We note that the appellant 106 Rockaway Owners Corp. must appear by an attorney (CPLR 321[a]).
