Motion by the attorney for the children, inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 23, 2013, on the ground that it has been rendered academic by entry of an order of disposition in the above-entitled proceedings dated November 18, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
