Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enforce the order of this Court dated July 15, 2013, to strike the responding brief, to impose sanctions and for further relief is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the reply brief, which shall comply with section 800.8(a) of this Court's Rules of Practice, is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to February 3, 2014.
