Motion by the plaintiff for an expedited briefing schedule and a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 30, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the third-party defendant-appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before March 10, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before April 9, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the third-party defendant-appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before April 21, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
