| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Laini George, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 7, 2009, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Laini George John.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Laini George to Laini George John, effective immediately.
