On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated October 8, 2013, and November 7, 2013, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Rockland County" and substituting therefor the words "Dutchess County. "
