Appeal by Irit Sarfaty from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 19, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 21, 2013, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or an affirmation concerning the status of the transcripts of the proceedings on or before December 23, 2013. The appellant has not filed an affidavit or an affirmation.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 21, 2013.
