DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Dennis Joseph pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both rendered January 5, 2012, and for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied (see CPL 460.30[1]).
