Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 31, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 24, 2014, and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 26, 2014, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
