Application by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Rockland County, dated July 10, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file the supplemental record in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 18, 2013, is enlarged until February 3, 2014, and the supplemental record shall be served and filed on or before that date.
