ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 15, 2014, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 9, 2013, and a judgment of the same court entered May 22, 2013, is amended by adding thereto after the last paragraph the following:
";and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged, and the record and brief submitted to the Clerk of this Court are accepted for filing and deemed timely served."
