| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Newton Jets, LLC, inter alia, to be substituted for the respondent Elizabeth L. Calvin on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 10, 2012, and August 26, 2013, respectively, to amend the caption accordingly, and to enlarge its time to serve and file a brief. Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Newton Jets, LLC, is substituted for the respondent Elizabeth L. Calvin, the caption is amended accordingly, and Newton Jets, LLC, shall serve and file its brief on or before February 24, 2014, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 11, 2014, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
