Appeals by Carmen M. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 1, 2013, and October 7, 2013, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Joseph D. Mirabella, Esq., 1235 Montauk Highway, Mastick, N.Y. 11950, the attorney assigned to represent the child by the Family Court, Suffolk County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,
