Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Cayuga on September 4, 2013,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Wonder Williams sworn to December 19, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 16, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 24, 2013, and inserting in its place the date February 24, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 16, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 28, 2014, and inserting in its place the date March 31, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that the proceeding is removed from this Court's day calendar for February 25, 2014, and added to the term of this Court commencing May 19, 2014.
