Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Frank Brady, Esq., dated January 7, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the fifth ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 24, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 3, 2014, and inserting in its place the date February 24, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before March 11, 2014.
