Appellant having moved, upon the return of an order to show cause granted by the Honorable Edward D. Carni on December 6, 2013, for a stay of enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on October 25, 2013, insofar as it required appellant to produce tax returns for Syracuse Securities, Inc., Longley Jones, Inc., and appellant personally for the years 1998, 1999, and 2000, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Terrance J. Hoffmann, Esq., sworn to December 4, 2013, said show cause order with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Harlan B. Gingold, Esq., sworn to December 19, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the order entered October 25, 2013, is stayed to the extent set forth above on the condition that appellant perfects the appeal on or before March 28, 2014.
