Respondents-appellants-respondents having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on January 15, 2013, and

Petitioner having cross-moved for an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal taken from the order and judgment entered January 15, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Andrew J. Ryan, Esq., sworn to January 2, 2014, the affirmation of Jonathan D. Hitsous, Esq., dated January 10, 2014, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that respondents-appellants-respondents' motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 8, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 7, 2014, and inserting in its place the date March 10, 2014, and

It is further ORDERED that petitioner's cross motion is granted, to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 8, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 11, 2014, and inserting in its place the date April 14, 2014.
