Motion by the appellants to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 31, 2013, to include certain documents, or for this Court to take judicial notice of the subject material. Cross motion by the respondent to strike stated portions of the appellants' brief on the ground that they improperly raise issues for the first time on appeal. Separate motion by appellants for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
