Appeal by Evan J. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 27, 2013.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b to terminate parental rights based on permanent neglect (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Matter of Sheldon D.G., 6 AD3d 613), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
