| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Christopher Whitehair, counsel assigned to represent Malik Hamett in the Supreme Court, Queens County, to be relieved of the assignment to respond to an appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 21, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Christopher Whitehair, 118-21 Queens Boulevard, Suite 212, Forest Hills, N.Y. 11375, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to defend the appeal on behalf of Malik Hamett:
