Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file reply briefs on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 25, 2010, and January 31, 2012, respectively, and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file reply briefs (one for each appeal) is enlarged until March 7, 2014, and the reply briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
