| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 11, 2013, and August 16, 2013, respectively, to waive service of the motion upon the defendants, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 11, 2013, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive service of the motion upon the defendants is denied as unnecessary as the defendants are not respondents on the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 11, 2013, is granted, the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until March 5, 2014, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied.
