Motion by the appellant on appeals from seven orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 5, 2012, January 4, 2013, July 19, 2013, September 13, 2013, September 24, 2013 (two orders), and October 29, 2013, respectively, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 26, 2013, which dismissed the appeals from the orders dated December 5, 2012, and January 4, 2013, for failure to perfect, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
