Appeal by Andrew R. Wilson from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 9, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2013, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain information or withdraw the appeal on or before January 3, 2014. The appellant has not filed the affidavit or affirmation and has not withdrawn the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2013 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][4], 670.8[e]).
