Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 30, 2013, and an order of the same court dated November 15, 2013, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the judgment as directed him to pay maintenance to the respondent, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 12, 2013, and his prior motion to stay enforcement of the order dated November 15, 2013, and to stay his obligation to pay maintenance, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 27, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
