Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 20, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the respondent's brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 20, 2014, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
