ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and respondent shall file and serve a supplemental record on appeal on or before February 19, 2014 which shall contain the memoranda of law attached to respondent's moving papers as exhibits A, B and C. Respondent shall file and serve a supplemental responding brief on or before February 19, 2014 and appellants shall file and serve a supplemental reply brief on or before March 11, 2014. The supplemental responding brief and the supplemental reply brief shall address only the issues raised by appellants in point III of appellants' reply brief.
