Motion by Joenah Enterprise, Inc., for leave to reargue its prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 19, 2013, and to stay its eviction from the subject premises, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
