Appeals by Shelly P. and Michael R. from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated August 26, 2013. The appeals by Michael R. were perfected on January 15, 2014. The attorney for the appellant Shelley P. has advised the Court that Shelley P. died on November 22, 2013.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals by Shelley P. are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the appeals abated upon the death of the appellant Shelley P. on November 22, 2013 (see Matter of Mary Ellen C. v Joseph William C., 79 AD2d 1024).
