The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Jermaine Jones, Appellant.

Application by appellant for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered October 19, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed within 14 days of the date of this decision and order on application; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent shall have seven days from the date that the supplemental brief is due to be filed pursuant to this decision and order on application in which to serve and file a supplemental respondent's brief. Only one person shall be permitted to argue on behalf of appellant.
