DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated September 11, 2012, and December 24, 2012, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 24, 2013, inter alia, to confirm that a stay granted by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2013, continues pursuant to CPLR 5519(e). Separate motion by the respondent to vacate the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the appellant's motion which is to confirm that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2013, continues and the respondent's motion are denied as unnecessary, as the duration of the stay is governed by CPLR 5519(e); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is otherwise denied.
