Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Linda M. Campbell, Esq. dated January 20, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered October 5, 2010 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant perfect the appeals on or before May 5, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
