Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Richard J. Morrisroe, Esq., sworn to January 21, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Carl E. Person, Esq., dated January 27, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 10, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 26, 2013, and inserting in its place the date February 10, 2014, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 10, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 10, 2014, and inserting in its place the date February 25, 2014.
